In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "ph333k", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the ph333k platform, accessible at ph333k.net, and the operating entity responsible for providing online gaming services to Filipino players under PAGCOR regulations.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the ph333k platform, accesses any game or service, or otherwise uses any feature of ph333k.net.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on ph333k.net, through which the Player accesses games, manages funds, and interacts with ph333k services.
• "Platform" refers to the ph333k website, mobile browser interface, games, payment system, customer support channels, and all associated services offered at ph333k.net.

• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player using any supported payment method, excluding bonus credits.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ph333k. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph333k platform and close your account.

To register and maintain a ph333k account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Each Player may register only one ph333k account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and residential address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.

ph333k reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided at registration. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified by ph333k may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph333k account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PIN (OTP) codes sent to your registered mobile number. ph333k will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

All activity conducted through your ph333k account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — is your sole responsibility. ph333k will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

• Do not share your ph333k login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Do not access your ph333k account on public or shared devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for additional account protection.
• Notify ph333k immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

ph333k implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform pages and employs automatic lockout mechanisms following repeated failed login attempts. These measures are designed to protect your account, but do not substitute for your own diligence in securing your credentials.

ph333k accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. ph333k does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Player's own name.

The minimum deposit amount on ph333k is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, deposits above ₱50,000 may be subject to additional verification under ph333k's anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

• Deposits processed via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ph333k account within seconds of confirmation.
• Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take between 30 minutes and 2 hours depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.
• ph333k does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests on ph333k are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to identity verification. ph333k does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the same account.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. ph333k targets a processing time of one (1) to three (3) business days for all withdrawal requests, subject to verification status. Players who have not yet completed KYC verification must do so before any withdrawal will be processed.

• Withdrawal requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST) on a business day are typically processed the same day.
• ph333k reserves the right to request supporting documents — including government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership — before approving any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of amounts exceeding ₱100,000 may require additional processing time and are subject to enhanced due diligence review.
• Bonus balances are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

ph333k offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are separate from your Real Money Balance. ph333k will always use your Real Money Balance first for wagers unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each bonus. Uncompleted bonus balances will be forfeited upon expiry.
• ph333k reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed by a Player.
• A Player may hold only one active welcome bonus at a time. Multiple bonus claims using duplicate accounts constitute abuse and will result in account termination.

All games available on the ph333k platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, color prediction, Teen Patti Joker, and sports betting — operate under the rules defined by the respective game provider and as displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with game rules before placing real-money wagers.

ph333k partners exclusively with licensed and audited game providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently certified for fairness. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are disclosed within each game's information panel.

• In the event of a technical fault or system error during a game round, ph333k reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager amount to the Player's account.
• ph333k's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the review process outlined in Section 16.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software exploits, bots, or any other technical means constitutes a breach of these Terms and is grounds for immediate account termination.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph333k platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one ph333k account, regardless of the name or payment method used.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the ph333k platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place wagers or interact with any game on the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other Players in games where collusion is possible, including poker and live table games.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including coordinated bonus hunting across multiple accounts.
• Accessing the ph333k platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Allowing any other person to use your ph333k account, or using another person's account.

ph333k is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on the platform. ph333k recognizes that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and the platform provides a range of tools to support players in managing their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ph333k account holders and can be activated at any time through your account settings or by contacting ph333k support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit into your ph333k account. Deposit limits take effect immediately when reduced, and require a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a specified period of continuous gameplay on ph333k.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph333k platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ph333k content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any ph333k software.
• Use the ph333k brand, logo, or name in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph333k's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the ph333k platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph333k shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the ph333k platform or any game.
• Any technical fault, delay, or error in game software provided by third-party providers.
• Unauthorized access to your ph333k account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Your reliance on any information provided on the ph333k platform for purposes beyond entertainment.

ph333k does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, security upgrades, or events beyond ph333k's reasonable control — including force majeure events such as natural disasters, government actions, or infrastructure failures — may temporarily affect platform availability.

ph333k collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the ph333k platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the ph333k Privacy Policy.

ph333k will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their independent marketing purposes. ph333k may share data with PAGCOR and other regulatory bodies as required by Philippine law, and with KYC verification partners and payment processors as necessary to operate the platform.

ph333k reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph333k will notify registered Players via email to the address on file and will post a notice on the ph333k platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ph333k platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting ph333k support.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. ph333k operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR, and these Terms are intended to comply fully with PAGCOR's online gaming framework.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and ph333k in connection with your account, any game, or any transaction, the following resolution process applies:
